Pathetic app
PATHETIC...WORST.. DUMB In this day and age when other banks are providing seamless app experience to their customers, here is Bank of India with its inferior quality, primitive technology app with worst UI and experience. Take this for instance, this "state of the art" star token app downloads your PPF statement in excel format. YES, you read it right.. EXCEL. How can you submit an excel doc anywhere as a proof of investment? I am visiting the bank branch to shift my PPF to SBI.

Poor internet banking services
Many times app stops running... Malfunctioning and collapsing
Earlier it was working perfectly but in this updated version when trying to login every time the warning page appears,the skip button not working to skip the warning.The warning is like ransomeware,not skipped.Hence unable to login.pl resolve this problem.
App is not working. Can't do any transactions. Also no option to unlock your internet banking have to visit to bank to unlock.
Worlds worst banking app.always tells wrong password,worst app.yhere is no zero star otherwise i will give zero star
