DUMB In this day and age when other banks are providing seamless app experience to their customers, here is Bank of India with its inferior quality, primitive technology app with worst UI and experience. Take this for instance, this "state of the art" star token app downloads your PPF statement in excel format. YES, you read it right.. EXCEL. How can you submit an excel doc anywhere as a proof of investment? I am visiting the bank branch to shift my PPF to SBI."
